Become a Vendor

Please complete the application below, for consideration to be a vendor at the
Black G.I.R.L.S Rock Award Show on Saturday, March 2, 2013

$50 non-refundable registration fee per table.

Vendor's table must be provided by vendor. Table may NOT exceed  4.5’x5’. All items to be sold/displayed are subject to approval by the Event Committee.

Set-up begins at 4:00 PM, with completion by 10:00 PM on Saturday, March 2, 2013.

The vendor is responsible for set up, operation, maintaining, cleaning and dismantling of the booth. The vendor shall maintain a clean and safe operation for the full duration of the event. The vendor shall clean up booth site and remove or dispose of trash.
